Go to Fedex Developer Website to create a FedEx developer account
Once your account is created, go to the My Projects tab and create a new API project. Make sure to select the options indicated below:
When asked to select APIs for the project, make sure to enable at least the following APIs:
After finishing creation of the project, you will see your test API key, secret key and account number:
To move to production, generate a production key and link it to a FedEx account number (you can add/create one if necessary), you will receive production API and secret keys:
To enable the creation of FedEx shipping labels, the last step is the Certification Process, click on 'Go to API certification' and follow the required steps to get your account certified for label creation.
These certifications usually require that you contact the FedEx support team by email.
